@progam <program name> (M1+ only)

@progam <program dbref>(M1+ only)

Create a new program, or enter edit mode on an existing one. Upon entering this command you will be put into the online muf editor. To leave the editor enter a 'q'. For a list of commands enter 'h'. For more information about the muf editor see: MUF Editor and MUF Primitives.
